What is it?

A great way for you to support The Mix and a chance to win for just £10 a month! Here’s what you need to do...

MEMBERSHIP FORM

Complete it and return it to The Mix by post, email (scanned copy) or by hand.
The postal address is: Sophie Tapscott, The Mix, 127 Ipswich Street, Stowmarket, IP14 1BB

Then set up your standing order using the information below. You can do this online, or in your bank.

Alternatively, you can pay £120 by cheque, made payable to The Mix Stowmarket Ltd. Please put “100 Club” on the back of the cheque. The cheque along with the membership form needs to be sent to The Mix.

 

After we receive your membership form, you will be issued with a membership number. This is entered into the monthly draw as soon as we have confirmation of your payment.

The draw will take place on the 3rd Friday of each month.
Starting in February 2020.

Winners will be paid by BACS (that's why we need your bank account details on the membership form) and the name of the winner will be published on The Mix social media.

The prize money will be 50% of the membership fee taken that month. The remaining money will go to support The Mix’s work with young people. Additional prizes will be added as the
draw grows.

The Rules

  • For a cost of £10 per month (i.e. per draw) you will be allocated a number.

  • A draw will be made every month and the prize winners informed.

  • The prizes will total at least 50% of the monthly income.

  • This will be apportioned as: 1st prize wins 50% of the monthly income, 2nd prize is a "mystery". The 3rd prize will be introduced once 50+ members have joined.

  • The 100 Club is a private lottery and is open to all supporters of The Mix. Anyone age 18 or over can join.

  • Payments must be made via standing order (monthly or annually) or can be paid annually by cheque. One month’s notice is required for cancellation.

  • Member’s numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to date.

  • The draw will be made at The Mix on the 3rd Friday of the month.

  • The 100 Club will be run by The Mix Stowmarket. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Mix board is final.

  • Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the 100 Club if his/her subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month.

  • Winnings will be paid by BACS and the name of the winner will be published on our
    social media.

You can then drop in the membership form or email a scanned membership form to Sophie using the info below. The completed standing order form should be given to your bank or you can set it up via online banking.
